Question Audio Dilemma

Yes, another audio thread.

This won't work: Today I tried installing a Parrot hands-free kit in my MY99. I have the stereo removal keys, DIN cable, and all the installation manuals. Unfortunately, I also have the DSP (Digital Signal Processor) option M680. With it, the CR-22 head unit uses line-out connectors to the amplifier and there is no way to connect the Parrot.

So, my dilemma...

* Do I splice the speaker cables coming out of my amp and connect the Parrot there?

* Do I suck it up and just use the CR-22 (CR-220 for you US guys) with a line-in jack?

* Or do I go all-out and replace the head unit, the amp, delete the DSP, upgrade all 6 speakers, and enjoy the best sound that ever came out of a Boxster? Engine sound excluded.
