Help with engine code

My car is a 2001 Boxster base model. Looking under my engine I find my code to be M96/2265108674. I looked on the pelican parts engine guide but my code doesn't seem to match up. I'm trying to see if I theoretically (yes I know sometimes they aren't correct) have single or dual row bearing IMS. I'm thinking it was made in 2000 but I don't have 5 digits following the 0 at the end I only have 4. Any help?

2000 and 2001 were transitional years for Porsche on the IMS style, there is absolutely no known way to determine which one is in the car without pulling the transmission out and looking and the bearing flange. The car could be either a single or dual row bearing.
