Teeny fluctuations in idle

Ive seen similar fixes for fluctuations in idle like the idle air valve (99 non e-gas) and I've already cleaned that.

My idle will fluctuate maybe 50-100rpm when sitting at a stop light or just stopped in general. Are there any other things to check for idle fluctuation?

Thanks

Mine went away when I changed the O2 sensors.

Did you clean the throttle body? Remove the intake tube and look inside the throttle body, around the butterfly, to see if there is a black build-up (coking). That build-up will interfere with air flow and the throttle position sensor at idle will not be nominal.

Yes I took off throttle body, cleaned it completely etc.

So the only few things to look out for is idle air control, throttle body, and O2 sensors? If it was an O2 sensor giving a bad enough lambda, wouldn't I get a CEL?

Mine eventually did give a CEL but the idle fluctuation started long before that.

Same on my 2000 S - the tach flutters about half of its width at idle.

About half the needle width? Yeah that's exactly what I'm talking about. I suppose if it's happening on egas and non egas models then it's probably not my ICV.
