Who is ready for top-down season?
...in Florida. No more 100 degree weather. No more menacing summer sun but a kinder, gentler autumnal sun.
Apologies if you are putting on winter tires or storing for summer. Well...sorta.

That's why the Jägermobile has 253,000 miles on it.

On the doorsill, I wrapped the stripes inward and then trimmed them about an eighth inch from the edge of the sill.
I wasn't happy with it, either.
The stripes may be coming off next spring. They were an experiment and I'm still kind of on the fence about them.

Thanks! It should be pretty clean -- I only take it out 1-2/week. Usually take the family-hauler X3.

Bummer.. I think I just missed top down season here in Virginia! Days are starting to top out in the low 70's (when the sun is actually shining).
I'm thinking of dressing up warm with a toboggan and heavy coat and say "to Hell with it".

It's been top down season for the past 5 months here in Wyoming. Not for long though; snow in the mountains recently. I'll be getting the hard top out in a few weeks. Then skiing ( yipee!).

Phew, I can't believe some of the rough looking neighborhoods our members live in. What ever happened to McGruff the Crime Dog ?

Been driving with the top down since March. I can honestly say I've put more miles on this car with the top down, then up.

Heck in Charlotte we drive with the top down all year. In the summer if hot just ride in the evenings or head to the high country, in the winter turn on the heat wear a warm hat and roll! I'll take 40 and sunny over 95 and cloudy!
I will say when they panic about snow flurries they spray that crap on the roads and it stays there for weeks until a rain washes it away.
Besides the sun is always shining with the top up! And the Silver Surfer gets loanly, how can I leave a beauty like this sitting!

Starting to be top down weather for us here in Texas too. Today was the first day to be a cool 80 degrees. Only time Texans could go around top down was at night time or early morning when it was hotter!
