Renew headlight

Hi, I would like to have some better looking headlights, My first idea was to polish the front glass to renew it but I am not sure, do you have some ideas ?

Thank you

I cleaned and polished a used set of Lintronics I bought off of eBay and thought it well worth the investment in time, effort, and money. You can search or the thread to see the results.

If yours are "flaky" looking as mine were, you may need to wet sand them with #1000 and then work your way up with finer grits and buffing compounds. I found it much easier to pull the headlights and strap them down to to a work surface and use a power buffer for the final stages. I have a plastic restoration kit with two grades of polishing compound.
