New to the forum, New to Boxster 986 2.5l '97

Hello from Europe

I am a new owner of a Boxster 986 year 1997. The engine is a 2.5L.

I had many cars before including a 964 but I regret everyday for selling the Porsche more than the others. I am now a proud owner of a not so new boxter but very happy about this anyway.

I hope to share my adventures as they come and gather better knowledge about this car from this forum

all the best to everybody here, thank you and great forum by the way.

mark

Welcome and enjoy your 986, this is a great board. Everyone is very helpful. It makes owning the car a lot easier and not as hard on the wallet! My advice is read and learn all you can on here. There are some smart owners on this forum!

Salut à toi !
Having a Porsche on French roads could be frustrating no ? I hope you will do some German trips !
I regret the time I lived Strasbourg, I should have a Box at this time...
So I hope you will enjoy your new toy as I enjoy it ! And welcome !

Congratulations Mark!
I bought my 97 986 in March and I'm enjoying it every single day. Sure there will be parts (some can be major) that needs changing but overall the joy outweighs the pain.
