I must admit I cheated!

I used Google Image search

So MeatHead seemed to perform more effort and the prize should go to him, but if a new contest for a Johnny Danger Action Silver keychain is in the works I am all in.

Thanks for the hint. It's called the Euler Product Formula. It says that the two sides of the equation converge to the same value C(s) when S > 1 and the values of p are positive prime numbers.
