Better than new 99 Boxster 3.4 For Sale

1999 Boxster with 17,K miles & 3.4 crate engine for sale. I have been to this shop & it is very impressive.

That sure is a sleeper with a 3.4 in there!

How much does it cost to do an engine swap with a used 3.4? And how reliable is it?

I would do it for $1,500 + parts & fluids. Weakest link would be the 5-speed trans but shouldn't be a problem with street tires & sane shifting.

I remember they were having trouble getting the tuning right on this car. I wonder how they solved it and if it is a CARB legal street car.

Wouldn't you be able to fit 6 speed from a Boxster S to the 3.4?
