So, here is whats failed on my 03 Boxster S in 10 years and 70,000 miles:

03 S - 42,000ish miles
Convertible tension cable broke - $4 in parts 5 min my labor. Back of top came unglued from frame - $75 for local shop to "re-glue" Just had the oil changed and they said the boots have some cracks and will need to be replaced, but not an issue yet. My headlight switch might be going, but only had the problem once, so am holding my breath. Other than that, REGULAR MAINTENANCE!!!!!! |
