Advice & Question: Keep a fuse tester in the car

blew a fuse: no wipers its raining and its late! What Amp is the wiper motor? I used a 10.

luckily I had one of these pictured below in the rear compartment and quickly id'd the fuse that didn't light up. I didn't even have a flashlight had to see what the heck I was doing, had to use the cell phone for some lighting.
For the 986 guys the fuses are behind teh black panel next to the dead pedal.

this little $5 plastic bit got me home safe!'
