Cool Passing emissions with row tune

Ok
Just got concerned about my ROW tune/SAI delete
For a while I was certain that with row tune ill be able to pass the test with flying colors
Thx to The Radium King- not any more(thanks man))
So the question is
Is it doable?
If so , HOW???
Did any of you ROW tunners passed testing?

Been on vortex forums and it looks like its doable

I'm in Il

It passes in Wisconsin.

Yes ROW passes an OBDII test in WI.
