springer123 Registered User Join Date: Mar 2011 Location: Delaware Posts: 69	I had the same problem with my 1999. When I put the rivet in the hole under the clip, the lid wouldn't close. I then used a flat head bolt and nut in the same hole and the problem was solved. I like the solution grtc68 used. I was wondering what that screw to the left of the gas cap was for? I think I'll switch to his solution.
