Help please

Fixed horn lost radio.
CDR-220
Type 4462
Ser X5026924

I follow a youtube video on how to fix sensitive horn that hunks with pot holes and hard braking. Steps included disconnecting battery and I can tell you this step was not needed and caused radio reset thus need for code.
Also the steps included adding O-rings on the top of metal bracket but indeed they should be placed behind it to put some distance between bracket and metal connectors that activate horn.
