Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Matt.

Try 0836 if it doesn't work let me know.... sometimes those CDR-22's take a few tries.

Of course there is no code on the outside... are you talking about the serial number?

•Turn off radio
• Hold down the TP button for 10+ seconds
•Turn the radio on (Becker 1) will display
• Turn the right knob two notches, on the first notch it will display the Becker model number...
• Rotate one more notch and radio serial number will display on display

Hey all. I've read through the entire post on the lost codes. I too have fallen into the trap of a second owner. the dude who had the car has done some extensive audio upgrades but left the factory unit. I followed the directions and gotten the following info; Can someone please tell me the code for this unit?
Type: 4462
S/N: CDP2081

Cheers!

Sure but that serial number isn't right for that 4462... call the serial up via the screen and you'll get the right number.

Updating this post because I haven't heard back in a while.

Would Heiko or anyone else be able to help??? I do appreciate it as I am currently tuneless, and although the sound of the engine is pretty cool, it gets old on the daily drive to work and back.
I went back and followed the procedures to get the SN and I think I got it right this time.
my SN should be X5033455 If this isn't the correct one then I really don't know what else to do by following the directions listed in previous posts to this thread.
I also got this number CDP2081 as well as 48/98, But I don't really know what those are.

Thanks for the help.
Thom

Sorry I've been on vacation for a bit but I'll be back next weekend and can give you the code then. No access to my system from here.
