Trim surrounding climate control?

I got the part myself, it seemed the upper trim is not standard part, so i studied the picture, and the trim surrounding is modified, so i did it a try.
cut the trim and some cutting inside the dash to fit the climate control... easy job.
planned to install Double Din in future.

yellow arrow is where i cut the trim.
(Blue circle) something wrong with my passenger window, the window won't drop when i open the doorlatch....
