heated seats

my driver heated seat when I turn on a red light flashes and cuts off. is this a fuse or something else

where's the red light? Maybe it's a relay overheating?

I just had this over the winter. for mine, the wires in the heating element broke due to being 12 yrs old and always going in and out of the seat. needed the element replaced in the seat. about $300
