Well, after listening to your video, it sounds like you have two pieces of metal rubbing together. Like a lose muffler strap, heat shield, etc. Doesn't sound like an engine noise to me, but then again I'm still new to the P-cars.

Have you looked under the car to see if anything is rubbing where it shouldn't? Any new markings?

I tend to agree that it might be related to your exhaust assembly. Try having someone put some pressure on the exhaust tips and see if it isolates the sound.

I tell you what I think it might well be. A loose spark plug.

They can make a noise just like that.

Check / tighten any loose plugs. Bet it disappears after that.
