What is this pipe?

Hello all

I found a very small leak that I think is prestone, but I'm not sure.
2000 boxster S. Under the car on passenger side just after the front wheel, there is 2 pipe, the one more outside and bigger seams to be leaking. What is that pipe? Most cooling pipe pass in the middle of the car, not on the side.

Anyone know? Or have a part number/diagram?
