I call your p1126 and raise you a p1133 + p0102 + p0507. Oddly, Bentleys says p1133 is a 5.2 dme code although my car is a '01S with 7.2 dme. That, and the codes indicate both lean and rich conditions. I'm sure it will ultimately make sense, but for now...

p1126 - 7.2 dme, short to B+, cyl 4-6 above upper limit rich threshhold
p1133 - 5.2 dme, lower load range, cyl 4-6
p0102 - 7.2 dme, MAF, short to grnd, lean threshold
p0507 - 7.2 dme, idle air control, short to B+, rich threshhold
