Changing out wheel bearing. Anything else?

Got a noisy driver's side, rear, wheel bearing. Got the B90 tool to try and make it as easy as possible. Figured I would go ahead and change out the rear brake pads, on both sides, while I am at it. Already done the front's and flushed the old fluid. Anything else I should be doing/looking at while I am doing this project? Thanks!

Look at your parking brake pads as well, since you will have the carrier apart. Also if you have gone to larger wheels, check parking brake cable clearances as well. Also check Conrtol Arms, ball joints, CV Boots/Joints etc. I found myself taking care of the lot while I was in there doing the same thing

Just my $.02

One more thing….CVs - while you're there.

Christ. Just had a look at the Pelican guide to changing the bearing. What a palaver!

Yeah, I don't know why Wayne hasn't updated that tech article to show how to do it using the B90 tool. He even sells the tool on PP!

Can you do it leaving the hub on the car with the tool?

Yes. My Bentley manual says you can change the wheel bearings while they're in the car.
