Had my 2003 2.7 for 2 years now and (touch wood) no issues at all yet - car's been bullet proof. I will make the specialists who service the car keep an eye out when they change the oil as always. I believe anything up to 20% of cars will have an IMS issue during their lives so not high enough percentage for me to do this for no reason. __________________ 2003 Boxster 2.7L 2010 Civic Type R
