What's your fun driving routine and time?

I am sure a lot of us have a particular time of day or route we like to drive for fun.

When I am not working, I like to go in the late morning to early afternoon, 10am-2pm or so - as I feel there are less cars out on a weekday, and you have some more room on the nice roads. Likewise, at night you can have more - but then you have less visibility on curvy fun roads that can be driven harder during the day.

I found some glorious curvy roads near where I live, and I've developed a sort of little route to get there. It's fun! The Boxster is a car you can drive near its limit, but still be relatively safe and within street limits. I like that.
