Uh oh... Pulled Intake and now have vacuum lines flopping around

Gents,
Daily driver ('00 base) that has had a vacuum leak for some time now.. decided to check it out today while the weather was nice. Well I could definitely hear a loud hissing when idling and top in service position. I made the mistake of pulling the rubber boot thing between the manifolds (the one closest to the driver) and apparently there's two vacuum lines coming off the bottom. There is a little motor looking thing that controls a big flap in the middle of this intake tube. It appears that a vacuum line should connect to this somehow but I don't see a vacuum line anywhere that would connect to it. The other vacuum line coming off the bottom has a 'Y' connector and one end is connected to something already, and the other connects to the 4-way connector on the canister. So I don't know what needs to connect to that motorized flap thing??

Scared because this is my daily driver and I'm losing daylight! Help!
