Clunking noise

I noticed that everytime I switch gear (it's tiptro) from 'P' to 'D' or from 'P' to 'R' (no relation with brakes, the noise comes up whether my foot was on the brake or not), the car makes a 'very' slight jump with a clunking noise (sounds like clunking noise or more like queeky sound from spring). Don't think it's the sound of broken transmission though...

Anybody know what is the cause of this or if this is even serious? I could bring the car to the dealership for warranty repair, but don't want them to misdiagnose it.

The car has a milage of 6000 km (about 4000 miles I think)

Thank you in advance!

Threpwood

Well it turns out that the noise comes from the brake. The dealership replaced the pad and adjust the brake and the noise is now gone
