Are '03-'04 headlights plug 'n play for a 2000 S

Sorry if this is redundant; I did a search but couldn't find a direct answer to this question.

A couple of vendors are selling brand new '03-'04 halogen headlights at fairly reasonable prices (<$400 each). Will these headlights fit my 2000 Boxster S without any wiring mods? (I know I'll have to get the clear triangular corners.)

Appreciate any help/advice anyone can offer...
