The offsets from Tire Rack are really off, i.e. 200mm+ for fronts and rears, for a 986. Hopefully the wheel maker has the right specs (Front 55mm & Rear 47mm +/-). Below are photos of what the wheel would look on a Guards Red Boxster.

Just out of curiosity, I called Tire Rack gave them my car info (1998 Porsche Boxster) and they informed me that the Andros Spec P comes in an 18" wheel, 8" front and a 10" rear that will fit (without the need for spacers). I'm very tempted to give these wheels a try. I think they look pretty sweet.

My one concern is that these are heavy but I'm not a wheel specialist lol. Tire Rack quotes the weights as 22.9lbs front and 27.7lbs for rear. I need the advice of the wheel gurus on this site. Is this an acceptable weight or are these power robbing pigs !
