jcb is correct as even if you could put a borescope into the bell housing, the flywheel and clutch block the direct view of both the IMS and RMS...and any oil you will see, you won't be able to differentiate which one its coming from.
Best of luck and if you do pull your tranny you might want to consider the following items to replace as this would be the only time (or easiest for access):
IMS, RMS, full clutch kit, dual mass flywheel, CV boots, coolant reservoir, AOS, water pump and thermostat; and check your coils, spark plug tubes and spark plugs.
I know it may seem a bit extreme, but if you are paying to have this taken off and checked, you will spend more in dollars down the road verses doing these now and having them off the "to do list".
