Need stereo code / have serial number....help !!

Hi,

Just disconnected my battery, when re connected stereo needs a code. It's a Becker CR 210. I have just got the serial number from the display VS009671 any ideas how I get the code????

Go over to Renntech.org; Loren has a way to decode the radios, but look for the the specific forum he has for it on his website. Loren will take care of you.

Just got a reply from Loren, he sent the code and it worked! Amazing!
I would be lost without the forums.

Keep in mind, many times the radio code is written on the front hood's white options sticker. Either a prior owner or mechanic, or etc wrote it down on the sticker.

Porsche Resetting Radio Codes

Go here, run the java app, enter your radio serial number and voila, you have you code. It includes instructions of how to get the serial number without removing the radio.

I found this site when I unhooked my battery the first time and realized I didn't have the code after. 30 seconds after finding this site, I had my code and was back in business.
