Sorry to hear! I know how you feel now, happened to us so many times, unbelieveable!! Lowlifes with no sense for being responsible!!

Had it happen to me a few weeks ago. Just remember, it can get fixed, and a good shop will make it look like it never happened

Had this happen to me before on another car. It is definately a mood killer. I would be in a good mood and everytime I saw the car it would make me sick again. However it is fixable. Hope the insurance gets you back on the road quickly.

Sorry for the bad luck Crono.

Funny that I had my Wrangler keyed at the supermarket a little while after I got the Porsche and I was barely upset and mostly grateful that it was not the Boxster.

I don't leave the Boxster parked anywhere where low lifes could be passing through, which is virtually anywhere.

I had considered surveillance cameras inside the car that record constantly and over write once the flash memory is full.

However, I'm a bit afraid of what I might do to the person I found guilty, as police are completely ineffective nearly everywhere at taking care of business.

Better to just let insurance take care of it and continue to smile while you drive, and yes flaunt, your prize for working hard in life.

If they were pissed at you before, imagine how seeing your freshly painted car will make them feel..Haaaaaaaaa dummies!

I have had other cars keyed a few times over 30 years and one convertible top knifed(Lebaron) so they could steal my casset tapes....geesh!

Nothing was worse though than to see your car Crushed when you get home from work....Camaro.

The moral of the story, carry adequate insurance and know that things can and will be replaced and its not a big deal in the greater scheme of things.

Jesus raping angels, I didn't think vandalism on our beauties was such a common occurrence. It's disgusting, really. Then I just see that particlewave posted about his car getting trashed right in front of him. Ridiculous

Really sorry to that, brother :(
Jealous f'ers suck!

Jealousy makes people do the strangest things. If they only knew many of us paid less for our car then the new Kia they are driving.

$1000 deductible

... it's gonna be out of pocket

Uller God 09-10-2012 10:34 AM

And to think I was just upset about a bird that crapped on my seat. Sorry to hear about the vandals.

no chance at all. The reason it got vandalized was because I parked it in the corner of the supermarket in the dark by itself (where I always park) so that nobody will park next to me. I've gone to this supermarket for the past four years. My WRX, which is significantly... louder?... in appearance didn't even get keyed.

The damage is $250, which isn't bad... But it's $250 that I didn't want to spend.
