After some recent work on my 2000 S i did a road trip to France with my old man. Didn't get many photos of the car unfortunately as i was busy driving some fantastic roads.

Work done.
Replaced lowering springs with new standard height items
Replaced the aftermarket cans, which were knackered and stupidly loud, with a used standard back box including cat. This also helped us to get it running sweet because it was off on one bank. As a bonus fuel economy is massively improved and i can hear myself think when i'm driving.
Also had rear discs and pads.
Goes like a good un

So i did a thing.......

It's been a long process cause I messed up my shoulder shortly after starting back in September and am still recovering. I pulled it to do cam guides/chains and "while I'm in there things." This is the biggest project I have ever undertaken, never pulled an engine let alone one our of the middle of the car. It wasn't hard but did take me a long time(outside of the shoulder). Wish me luck....

Installed bank one camshafts and not trying to set timing. I fear my cheap Chinese cam tool copy is inadequate.

Put the car into winter storage... sigh! Now it sits with stab-il in the tank, tires pumped up, covered, and lonely while I dream of Spring and many happy, top down miles to come.
