It did on my car.
I had read a post about going over the same bump several times while changing loads against the suspension. Go over the bump with just enough throttle to maintain speed. Then go over the bump while lightly applying the brake, then do the same but apply bit of throttle. If the rattle changes intensity or goes away, then it's most likely a rear trailing link.
