Finished reassembling the evaporator/heater box after fixing the blend doors.

Which method did you use to address this issue? How long did it take and was it a PIA or pretty easy?

As I’ve been working from home in addition to not driving it much, I opted to take the dash out to avoid cutting anything. It also allowed me to repair the recirculation flap servo - an internal gear cracked off of the output shaft and wouldn’t allow it to move much.
