Is that Slate Metallic paint? If so, you and I are the only two that have that awesome color or though it seems.

After a long day of conference calls, walked downstairs into the garage past the beer fridge (will power gents) and took her out for a spin downtown to stretch my legs. What a beautiful day!

It was finally warm enough to waterproof my top the other day. Just in time for the not rainy season!

I woke the box up early today for a ride down to Monterey, and then treated her to 5 20 minute sessions at Laguna Seca.

I moved mine over in the garage to gauge how much more room I need to fit the 964 in there as well.

Hey Chboro, same as mine, 01S!!

Yours is probably in much better condition. Mine's been through three cross-country trips in the past four years, running into road kill, tumbleweeds and gravel. Photo above is on Tail of the Dragon last July.

Drove it to work for the first time this year.
Turned on the heater and got a bit of mist/smoke. Going to plan to do heater core soon.

First return to the road in 2016

First drive of the year. Tested out new 's' oil cooler and center radiator. All is well. Hope it is a good year for us and all the 986's out there.

Activated the insurance for the summer and will get it out of hibernation this afternoon.

Edit: Took it for a shake down drive after 5 and 1/2 months in hibernation . . . Sweet!

Added these.
For under $100, not a big risk. If I don't like the feel then worst case I have a few holes in my pedals

Those look sharp. Where did you order them from? I have been thinking of adding these as well. Was the install hard?

Amazon - Carlab
They import from Hong Kong
Took about a month to ship if you don't expedite
Install was about 3 hours. Took time to make sure I got brake and clutch pedal lined up.
Hardware included was all wrong so I had to do that as well
