Brings back memories when I use to live there... Did you get in the left lane and flash your headlights?

Got to put the top down today. The weather has finally changed here in Miami and the topless season has started. Actually, the car topless season has started as well as the topless season on the Beach, since now is about the time the Europeans flood Miami Beach and they have a propensity for going topless. Its tough, I know.

washed this morning after a spirited drive. Cleaned every single crevous possible. then I waxed the new chrome tips on my fabspeed exhaust. looking good for tomorrow where I hope I can make it to part of the florida crown region show and shine about 20 minutes from my house at Hooters! Should be fun.

Do the vitamins in the breast milk add to the horsepower?

Crap, I forgot about that show. May show up but won't be entering. Car is dirty from the recent rain. Will wash it this weekend though.

I had aerokit ii skirts installed today. The body shop did a good job painting and prepping but a mediocre job installing them I probably could have installed them just as well. They left a small gap between the line and the skirt and didn't paint the two little trim pieces. They were already painted black so don't show much against my lapis blue paint (im just going to go over them with touch up paint as they are so small anyway). Overall the car looks great, now I want 18" wheels, the gt3 bumper, and the Gt3 tek rear bumper add on.

Drove mine to work for the first time. My wife is becoming annoyed that my BoxSter is getting more attention than her.
Could anyone please refer me to a thread or post on "washing your car". I don't know where to begin...

Fall
It was cold and beautiful. We drove to Huntington Beach in Cleveland for a cookout and drove thru the metroparks on the way home - 40 miles today.

Here are a few pics of my new Aerokit II skirts. My next mods will be Jake Raby IMS, Kenwood 6190 Nav, 18" wheels, complete aerokit.
Here's a pic of my new 2012 v6 Lux Egg.

The Boxster S's starter sounded like a dying chicken at times, so i had soaked the starter head in ATF for 3 days Nice and quiet now and no more noise. A trick I learned from an old VW/Audi mechanic Other than that, wishing it was sunny and warm so i could go for a ride!

Put on the winter wheels, and took a nice wet cruise on LSD (Lake Shore Drive, not the other stuff).

ATF - You bet! It creeps up into the spocket shaft which goes dry and then sounds like crap. My old Audi did that a few years ago and it came highly recommended to use ATF... the starter lasted me 4 more years and then I sold the car with the same starter still... I guess ATF has great friction enhancomg additives in it... sure beat buying a new one
