Suicidal squirrel...

Earlier today we went for a spin around the local canyon roads with a fellow visiting European. Since my bike is in the shop, I drove the P-car. In the midst of it, this is what my security dash-cam picked up -- a suicidal squirrel doing a river-dance right in front of the bike:

Yes, this certainly qualifies for my Silly VideoBlog.

They can get quite crazy on the road and I will tell you from a bike perspective...they make slick greasy spots when you hit them and can ruin your whole day. Pucker factor 9+ right there.

I almost hit a squirrel the other day. I had to swerve across two lanes of traffic and the little bugger still got away from me.

On a serious note, your buddy is a good rider, he was leaning way over in the corners.

One got hit right in front of my driveway Friday morning. He was acting real antsy and tried to dart across the road. As soon as he had that thought a car hit him. He shook for a moment and that was it.
