If it were me I would keep top up (no direct sun) and widows cracked a bit and then get some Moisture Absorbers (Search for Desiccants) they make quite a few products like towel/pads and such that you would lay around the inside of the car, under seats under dash (center console near radio) to absorb the moisture. Let them sit a week with changing out pads every couple of days.

That's exactly what I did. The rest of the car seems fine, it must have been a quick rain shower that I didn't even see, because the roads were dry but my car wasn't
