No spare key??

If time allows you can go to the dealership and order a new key, all they need is the VIN.

If you can get to the fuse panel, pull-off the cover. There is a terminal (Red) that you can pull out (extend) that you can connect + 12V power to. You will also have to connect the - 12V side of the power to chassis (ground).

Another option is to use the cigarette lighter, instead of using it as a power source, you are going to put 12V into it.

Also, jumping 12v+ to fuse C3 will release the frunk lever...assuming that you have levers and not switches. You didn't specify year/model?

The next time you're in your car, try turning the steering wheel left and right while trying to remove the key from the ignition.

Likely the reason the key is stuck in the ignition. The steering wheel may be locked, which doesn't allow the key to turn without shifting the wheel.

Please let us know the year of your car. If it's a 2000 or later, you should have the positive terminal in the fusebox that Jäger mentioned. Otherwise, you'll want to do what golonaus mentioned.

Happens to me once in a while when i leave in the key - a flat battery. I just plug my winter float charger into the cigarette lighter for a few hours.
