To get the same shade of red you have to spray the orange first, then attempt to match the bottom to the top. If you spray the whole thing you are still going to get that two tone look just that worse because it is going to look like you over sprayed instead of a nice define color difference. The reason for this is because you have to let the orange part dry to see how red it actually got. But any way I like that darker shade on the top it look good but it goes unnoticed most of the time, because it looks natural, in person.

With that said you can try to spray the whole thing and see what happens, but I do not recommend it at all.

On another note the color is holding up very good. It has rained pretty hard and I washed the lights to see if there was any fade and there wasn't.
