Shifting from 1st to 2nd

acf53 Registered User Join Date: Feb 2004 Posts: 45	Shifting from 1st to 2nd I hear and feel a "clunk" when I depress the clutch pedal getting ready to shift from 1st to 2nd at about 4000 RPM. This happens consistently and I do depress the clutch pedal all the way. When I shift at a lower RPM, let's say 2500, it's perfectly smooth. Anyone can provide any clue as to why this happens ? Dave
