Polishing intake tubes

I need to polish the insides of 3" dia aluminium intake tubes. They are long 90 deg sections......fine wire brush; cotton wheels; compounds on a dremel or drill?

....yes I am a perfectionist sorry

I seem to remember that for the intake, you want a rough surface which promotes turbulence and provides better fuel/air mixing, while on the exhaust you want a mirror finish for best flow.

Not polished but "milled" tends to yield the best flow rates. The intake manifold on Flying Lizard Racing GT3 cars... milled.
