New '06 Boxster S: Stuttgart or Finland?

The VIN on the car (both places) matches the one on the sticker, so I'm pretty sure it is a 2006. My maintenance manual includes the Cayman, so that adds a bit more certainty. I took a picture of the sticker. I wasn't sure how to post to Rennlist, so here it is.

I find it interesting that the window sticker indicates that the mpg was reported over 60 mpg. I never got anything over 30 with my 99.
