Leather dash?

Purchased a 2001 boxster in Dec which has the full leather option.

Unfortunately the Texas sun has done quite a number on the dash as the front edge (nearest the window) has shrunk and rippled...

Any ideas or suggestions?

Garage
Mine is the same way, also the top of the driver's door.

I had a lot of plans for removing the leather and replacing it but I have just gotten used to it now.

me too

Have same issue in my 01S. Lucked into a matching 03 full leather dash for same cost as a recover, but adds glove box. Either way, removal of dash is necessary and looks to be enough work to have held me off a few mos.

Thanks for the reply. It does look like a lot of work. I guess I'll try to find a replacement dash. The addition of a glove box would be nice also....
