Help --- my 986 won't start!

I have a 1998 Boxster and can get the car to start properly. When I turn the ignition, the engine turns over but cuts off almost immediately.

I use the Porsche battery trickler to keep the car fully charged when I don't drive it for more than a few days.

Any insight on diagnosis would be appreciated.

With as many problems as there are with the ignition switch, this one sounds like one of the symptoms. Plus if I remember correctly it is a under $20 part.

Just a thought,

I think your fuel pump may be the instigator. Pelican has a link that can
help you figure out your issue.
