DIY Maint

I am in No. Calif for the summer and was wondering if anyone is going to have a get together to work on their cars. I see that toolpants have done this before. I would like to learn how to do the maintainence. I have a 98 boxster with 56K and thought I could do the 60k maint before leaving for So Calif at the end of September. I am at my cabin west of Santa Rosa.
Thanks

Some of the maintenance how-to's are online. The 60K is easy to do. It's just plugs, oil & filter, air filter, cabin filter and differential oil change. The most difficult is the differential oil change since you have to get a special socket for it that is only available online.

If you want instructions to DIY, let me know and I'll try and get them together for you in the next couple of weeks. I'm trying to add them to my website anyway so it shouldn't be too difficult for me to get it done.

I would appreciate the information. I have an 83 SC and do the maint myself on it. I have not even attempted to access the motor on the Boxster yet.
Thanks
