Should I go with 245 front and 275 rear or...?

I think 245/285 is what The Tire Rack recommends for those. That's what I'll be getting on my wheels that are the same size as what you're going with. Unless I hear a compelling argument for 275s, that is.

Will 285 fit in the back on the OZ's without rubbing on hard cornering?

My preference has always been 235's up front and 275's in the rear for "street" . In the past, I found that 245's up front "tracked" a bit too much for my liking .
