What's the difference between Porsche and Bosch headlight assemblies?

My dealer replaced one of the headlight assemblies on my 1998 model 986 when I purchased the car, however, the other one still needs to be replaced.

When I priced the headlight assemblies at the dealership the price was over $900 for the Porsched factory part versus $480 for the Bosch part (at PelicanParts.com). What is the difference and will they match?

bosch is the OEM supplier - they are the same except one you buy from the parts department at the dealer and the other you get from 3rd party sources and pay half the price.
