Horn issue

Hi!

So today i started doing some of the small things, cleaned headlights lenses, replaced all of the headlight bulbs, started vacuuming under/around the rear top seals, stuff like that. FYI the car sat outside uncovered for several years (2-3), previous owner had health issues, and couldn’t take care of it.

I noticed that the horn didn’t work, so i started noodling on it, first step was to check the fuse, and it was blown! Easy fix, grabbed another 25 amp fuse, and popped it in, only to have the horn start blaring nonstop about 30 seconds after plugging in the new fuse.

I read here that some times there is a bushing in the steering wheel that can go bad, but i was wondering if anyone else had issues, and what steps they took to remedy.

Thanks in advance, sorry if my post is long/rambling.
