what brand of brakes to replace on the boxster

there are many brands to use whats the best tecktar pbr any one have any segestions i have ben told that pbr are just as good but the delux offer less dustany sugestions the factory brakes are tecktar but they have more dust any help

I used the Mintex Red Box. They are fantastic. Low dust (really makes a big difference) and the performance is comparable to the factory pads.

If you get them, make sure you get the Red Box. The regular ones have not gotten that great of ratings by others on forums.

I got The PBR delux. How are Those rated Good i hope . Was told they are the same but lower dust any coment on that.

Don't know about the brand, but lower dust is nice. The only draw back to them is they are a harder material and will wear your rotors a little faster than stock pads.

boywonder,

I installed PBR Deluxe pads on an E-Class Mercedes I once owned and was really impressed. The OE Benz pads were driving me crazy with all the dust. The PBR pads were a GREAT improvement! I thought they performed well also. Finally, they were rather inexpensive. Where did you find PBR Deluxe pads for Boxsters? For some reason I didn't think they were available.
