DIY defrost cable

Hey all

Its starting to be colder already here in the morning. So this morning the glass windows of my top was frosted a little (Boxster 2000 S , not original top with a glass window). I put on the defrost and the mirrors defrosted but not the rear window. Took a look at it, and there is no wire from the window and nothing connected to the defrost plug.

So after looking on the net, I found a defrost harness for 160$ at Gahw top. Wow thats a lot for 2 wire and 3 connectors! I need to change the top in spring anyway and its comming with a wiring harness so I dont want to pay that right now and have it free with the top in spring.

Any DIY writing about a defrost harness?

Thanks
