Help - Horrible Clanking Sound when locking doors

I have noticed this terrible clanking or rattling sound when I lock the doors with the remote.

What is this? Is it normal.

I did a search and only found one posting that pointed to the fuel door making the noise but, the repair was not clear on how to stop it.

Any help is appreciated.
